Jasmin’s Left-over

Spaghetti Goulash

Serves: 6-8
INGREDIENTS :

o 4-6 cups of left-over spaghetti sauce with meat or 1 large jar of


spaghetti sauce and 1 lb. of cooked ground beef.
o 1 onion, diced
o 2 tbsp. garlic, minced
o 12 oz. frozen corn
o 1 28 oz. can of diced tomatoes
o 1lb. rotini pasta (or pasta of choice)
o 4 cups water
o 8oz. shredded cheddar

DIRECTIONS :

1. Place the left-over spaghetti sauce (or sauce with cooked ground beef),
onion, garlic, corn, diced tomatoes, pasta, and water in a large pot.
Cook for 15 minutes or until noodles are done.
2. Stir in shredded cheddar and let melt.
3. Serve and enjoy.
