Chef’s Salad

INGREDIENTS :
o 10oz. Harvest Farms Organic spring mix
o 6 Laura Lynn hard boiled eggs, sliced
o 8oz. ham, fully cooked, cut into bite sized pieces
o 8oz. turkey, fully cooked, cut into bite sized pieces
o 1 container Ingles fresh sliced cucumber
o 8oz. grape tomatoes
o 1 container Ingles fresh diced red onion
o 8oz. Laura Lynn mild cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese cubes
o Laura Lynn ranch salad dressing, or your favorite Laura Lynn
salad dressing
DIRECTIONS :
*Note: This is an easy dinner using leftover holiday meat, and fresh
produce from Ingles. We like to put everything out, salad bar style,
and let everyone make their own salad
