INGREDIENTS :
o 1 pack Harvest Farms Natural English Muffins
o 1 (14 oz.) jar Laura Lynn pizza sauce
o 8 oz. Laura Lynn shredded mozzarella cheese
o 1 bag pepperoni
o 1 container bell peppers, pre-chopped
o 1 can Laura Lynn sliced black olives
o 1 can Laura Lynn parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS :
1. Preheat oven to 400°.
2. Use a fork to split English muffins into two halves, and place on
baking sheet, cut side up.
3. Top each half with about a tbsp. of pizza sauce, add cheese, and
desired toppings.
4. Bake for 10 mins. or until cheese is melted, and muffin looks toasty
5. Serve with a salad from Ingles salad bar.
