D. Developing Mastery (Explain)


Let representative from each group answer each item
featuring the unchanging values in the VUCA World.
1.Kenneth was tasked to fix a broken website. So he
learned Wordpress and other applications. He taught
himself with some basic code and migrated a whole site
to Shopify.
2.As a teacher, Mica continues to attend different
trainings and seminars to improve her instructional
practices.
3.James was new at his job. He knew little about the oil

and energy industry. He asked questions and assistance
from his teammates to become more acquainted with the
job.
4.May is willing to undertake long hours and stay longer

5.Christian just finished his marketing proposal. He went
to his superior to ask for more constructive criticisms
before his presentation to the clients.
6.Despite the pandemic, Emily’s teammates still meet
and work together using different online platforms. Tasks
were delegated to easily accomplish their projects.
7.Leila takes an hour each week and go on a web
journey using Google. She gets new ideas quickly by
doing this activity every week.
8.Jessica took a class on a course about photography.
This is far from her career as a lawyer, but this is
something she’s very interested in. She is going to test
out these new skills on her friend’s wedding.
9.Jenny’s company conducts a monthly self-evaluation
and reflective dialogue with their superiors to improve
work performance and relationships.
