    WHY I CONSIDER MYSELF SUITABLE FOR THE ROLE

    Myself Sabyasachi Behera, have completed Diploma in Mining Engineering in 2006 and
    1st class Mines Manager certificate of competency (Restricted) in year 2022. I have
    total experience in different mining industry more than 16years. Now I am working as
    Shift In charge in Reliance Cement Company Pvt. Ltd (RCCPL Private Limited).
    have skill in Open Cast Mining Operation (Production, Planning, Drilling & blasting) in
    different types of minerals (Iron & limestone) & having skill in maintaining statutory
    compliances like DGMS, IBM.
    More than 10years experience in mine planning, operation, drilling & blasting. Efficient in
    heavy earthmoving machinery and other ancillary activities related to mining. Aspire to
    pursue a challenging career in a growth-oriented organization where my personal skills
    & technical knowledge will be further utilized, enhanced and rewarded.

    • Conceptualizing & effectuating innovative and effective plans/policies for enhancing


    operations & meeting organizational objectives.
    • Undertaking evaluation and composition of various mining methods and applying the
    same at various mining projects.
    • Planning the height, placement, and type of excavation equipment and returning the
    mining site to its natural state after the deposits are exhausted.
    • Handling the daily drilling & Blasting and Loading & Transport Operations on several
    quarry faces.
    • Planning & implementing the preventive & predictive maintenance schedules for
    improving the overall reliability and safety of machines and personnel.
    • Taking care of dispatches of Iron Ore [Internal/ Domestic (Conversion Agents/ Sales).
    • Ensuring the Health and Safety provisions of various Act / legislation, the Approved Code
    of Practice etc.
    • Ensuring resourceful operations & maintenance of opencast mines including heavy
    mining machinery.
    • Mentoring & directing quality - routine and non-routine issues by interacting with
    concerned departments such as Geology, Logistic etc. till completion.
    • Directing, leading and motivating workforce for accomplishing greater operational
    effectiveness / efficiency.

    Working experience with latest and higher capacity equipment like Komatsu Electric
    shovel BE1000, Komatsu HD465 dumpers (55 toner), Atlas Copco (L-8 & L-6), Komatsu
    D-155 -dozer etc.
