One of the courses under the Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, EE 411 – EE
Design Project I require the students to have a Thesis Proposal. This will be presented and
evaluated to a panel of examiners. Through this activity, the students will learn how to present
and defend their idea; learn to communicate well; how to write a research report; scrutinize and
organize thoughts of their discussions; and check the viability of implementing the research
proposal in terms of scope, time, and budget.
