B Vehicle aam sena ke pas paya jata hai. Saman thadha jawanon ko

ENGINE
1. Engine :-
Rasayanik sakthi ko ushnatha ki sakthi mein aur usnatha ki sakthi ko yanthrik
sakthi mein thabdil karne wala sadhan ko engine ya power unit kahate hai.
2. Engine ko banawat k e lihaj se 3 bade bhagom mein aur kaam ke lihaj se 2 bade
bhagom mein banta gaya hai.

(i) Banawat ke lihaj se :-


a) Cylinder head
b) Cylinder block
c) Crank case

(ii) Kaam ke lihaj se :-


a) Stationary parts:- Engine ke ander ek jega par rehkar bina harkat
kiye apne kaam ko pura karta hai usse stationary parts kehate hai. Eg-
Cyl head, cyl block, crank case.
b) Moving parts:- Engine ke ander harkat karte hue apne kaam ko
pura karta hai usse moving parts kehate hai. Eg- Piston, Crank shaft, Cam
shaft.

PARIBHASHAYEN

1. Accessory :- Kisi veh ya veh ke uper fit kiya gaya voh bhag
jisko nikal dene se ya kharab ho jane se veh ki koi bhi assembly
kaam karna band nahi karti use accessory kahate hai.
2. Assembly :- Chand purjom ka woh samuh jo ek saath rehkar
kisi kaam ko pura kartha hai use hum assembly kehate hai.
3. Battery :- Chand cellom ka who samuh jo rasayanik pratikriya mein
bijali paida kartha hai aur alternator ya dainamo se paida hua bijli ko
storage karke rekhta hai.
4. Bearng :- Ye ek aisa bhag hai jo ghumnewala bhagon ko apne uper
saharkar rekhta hai aur khud ghis jatha hai parantu kaam karnewala
bhagom ko ghisne se bachata hai.
5. Bolt :- Yeh ek aisa purja hai jo do ya do se adhik bhagom ko
jorne mein madad karta hai.

6. Conductor :- Koi cheej jisme se bijli ya garmaysh asaani se gujar
jaye use conducotr kahate hai.
7. Jet :- Bahane wali maya ko dhaar ke roop mein nikalne wali
patlamuh wala sire ko jet kahate hai.
8. Revet :- Chabidar sire wala naram dhatu jo dusare jagah bina farak
dale pahunchane mein madaad karta hai use revet kahate hai.
9. Shaft :- Ghumnewala lohe ka danda jo takat pahunchata haui use
shaft kahate hai.
10. Shims :- Dhatu ka patli chadar machinery ke tor par istemal hoti hai jis
se purje apni jagah par zarurat ke mutabik fit ho jaye.
11. Splines :- Kisi shaft ya hub ke uper kati hui naliyom ke roop mein kate
hue bhag ko splines kahate hai.

12. Univeersal joint :- Ghumnewali do shaftom ke beech ki joint jo
shakti kko bina farak dalte hue left –right , up-down ki harkat deta hai.
13. Differential :- Yeh ek aisa sadhan jo do shaftom ko tisre ki madad se
chal pass karta hai aur zarurat padne par chal mein farak dalta hai.
14. Filter :- Bahane wali maya ko bariki taur par saaf karne wala
sadhan ko filter kahate hai.
15. Flange :- Kisi pipe ya shaft ka gol ubhara hua bhag jo apas mein
jorne mein madad karta hai.
17. Dynamo ya alernator :- Ek aisa sadhan jo yantrik sakthi ko vidyut sakti
mein badli karta hai.
18. Insulator :- Who cheej jo bijli ko ghujarne mein rukawat dalti hai.
19. Port :- Koi rasta aam taur par valve se control hone wala jiska
rasta bahane wali maya dhakil ki jati aur nikali jati hai.

OTTO CYCLE & DIESEL CYCLE

1. TDC(Top Dead Centre) :-


cylinder bore ke ander piston ke wah sthan jahanse piston niche ka harkat
karta hai.
2. BDC(Bottom Dead Centre):-
Cylinder bore ke ander piston ke wah sthan jahanse piston uper ki harkat
karta hai.
3. STROKE :-
TDC aur BDC ki beech piston ki harkat ko stroke kehate hai.
Stroke 4 prakar ka hai.
(i) Suction stroke
(ii) Compression stroke
(iii) Power stroke
(iv) Exhaust stroke
4. STROKE LENGTH:-
TDC aur BDC ki beech ki duri ko stroke length kehate hai.

mishran ko cylinder bore ke ander dakhil kiya jata hai, dakhil kiya hua mishran ko
compression stroke ke dwaran nishchit anupat mein compress kiya jata hai,
compress kiya hua mishran ko power stroke ke dwaran bijli ka high tenssion shola
dekar fattaya jata hai, aur jali hui gas ko exhaust stroke ke dwaran exhaust manifold
ki zariye bahari vatavaran mein kharij kiya jata hai iss tartibwar kriya ko otto cycle
kehate hai.

FUEL KA SWABHAV

1. CRUDE OIL
Dharti par prakritik paribartan hone ki karan iss dharti par bahut si jandar aur
bejandar banaspati niche dabjati hai, hajaron salon ke bad bahari batabaran ki hawa lagti
hai to fosil mein hydro carbon compound, sulphur, oxygen, nitrogen, water, sand adi
miljate hain aur yeh hame ek kichad ke rup mein milta hain jisse crude oil kehate hain. Iss
crude oil ko hum direct garion mein fuel ki taur par isthamal nahi kar sakta hain, isse
refining ke baad hi garion mein isthamal kiya jata hai.

Crude oil ko refining karta hai tab sabse pehale hamen gas ke rup mein fuel milta

sys lagana parta hai.
(b) Liquid fuel
Yah hydrogen aur carbon ka mishran hai, aam taur par ek internal combution engine
mein liquid fuel ka istemal kiya jata hai.

Iss fuel ko internal combution wale engine mein istemal nahi kiya jata hai, kyon ki
yeh jalne ke bad rakh banata hai.

CLASSIFICATION OF VEH REPAIR

1. Unit repair(UR) :- Repair/ Cleaning/ Maint of veh is carried out at unit level.
2. R1 - Repair of veh is carried out by light repair wksp/ unit repair organization.
3. R2 - Field repair are carried out by dependent field wksp.
4. R4 - These repair involve repairs to major assys/ replacement of major assy
and are carried out at base wksp.
5. BEYOND LOCAL REPAIR(BLR) - Clean exchange items are back loaded to
depot once there items are sentenced as beyond local repair duly conditioned
by field wksp. Stores are reissued to unit after repair are carried out at depots.
6. BEYOND ECONOMICAL REPAIR(BER) - The cost of repair of clean
exchange items which exceed the market cost of such items are called Beyond
Economical Repair equipment. Such type of stores are back loaded to salvage
depots duly supported with conditioning certificate of wksp.
7. CLASS IV - Vehicles with engine assy being demanded.
8. CLASS V - For back loading of vehicles to vehicle depot.

1. CLASS-III - Veh jinki chalane ki halat achi ho ya jiski light repair wksp
aisi bana sakti ho, lekin unka mailage ya fuel ka karch CL-II garion keliye
mukrar ki hui had se badh chuka ho , aisi garion ko CL-III kehate hai.

ek se jyada assy’s kharab hone se hoti hai, yeh repair base wksp ya
advance wksp mein ki jati hai.
‘B’ - CL-V ‘B’ aisi gari hai jisse pura overhaul ki zarurat ho usse
kehate hai. Yeh uss gari ka service mein ane ka samay pura hogaya ho ya
uska kilometer discarded vehicle ke barabar pahunch gaya ho yani
kilometer ke lihaz se down grade ki gayi hai.
4. CLASS-VI - Ek gari jis ko ki inspecting officer samajta hai ki is ki chalane
ki wajah se iss par repair kafi ayegi, to is kism gari ko CL-VI kar diya jata
hai.

5. CLASS-VII - Garian jinka Army ke ander istamal band kar diya jata hai in
