11. Splines :- Kisi shaft ya hub ke uper kati hui naliyom ke roop mein kate
hue bhag ko splines kahate hai.

12. Univeersal joint :- Ghumnewali do shaftom ke beech ki joint jo
shakti kko bina farak dalte hue left –right , up-down ki harkat deta hai.
13. Differential :- Yeh ek aisa sadhan jo do shaftom ko tisre ki madad se
chal pass karta hai aur zarurat padne par chal mein farak dalta hai.
14. Filter :- Bahane wali maya ko bariki taur par saaf karne wala
sadhan ko filter kahate hai.
15. Flange :- Kisi pipe ya shaft ka gol ubhara hua bhag jo apas mein
jorne mein madad karta hai.
17. Dynamo ya alernator :- Ek aisa sadhan jo yantrik sakthi ko vidyut sakti
mein badli karta hai.
18. Insulator :- Who cheej jo bijli ko ghujarne mein rukawat dalti hai.

1. OTTO CYCLE
Four stroke cycle of operation ke dwaran suction stroke ke ander hawa aur petrol ki
mishran ko cylinder bore ke ander dakhil kiya jata hai, dakhil kiya hua mishran ko
compression stroke ke dwaran nishchit anupat mein compress kiya jata hai,
compress kiya hua mishran ko power stroke ke dwaran bijli ka high tenssion shola
dekar fattaya jata hai, aur jali hui gas ko exhaust stroke ke dwaran exhaust manifold
ki zariye bahari vatavaran mein kharij kiya jata hai iss tartibwar kriya ko otto cycle
kehate hai.
2. DIESEL CYCLE

FUEL KA SWABHAV
1. CRUDE OIL
Dharti par prakritik paribartan hone ki karan iss dharti par bahut si jandar aur
bejandar banaspati niche dabjati hai, hajaron salon ke bad bahari batabaran ki hawa lagti
hai to fosil mein hydro carbon compound, sulphur, oxygen, nitrogen, water, sand adi
miljate hain aur yeh hame ek kichad ke rup mein milta hain jisse crude oil kehate hain. Iss
crude oil ko hum direct garion mein fuel ki taur par isthamal nahi kar sakta hain, isse
refining ke baad hi garion mein isthamal kiya jata hai.

CLASSIFICATION OF VEH REPAIR
1. Unit repair(UR) :- Repair/ Cleaning/ Maint of veh is carried out at unit level.
2. R1 - Repair of veh is carried out by light repair wksp/ unit repair organization.
3. R2 - Field repair are carried out by dependent field wksp.
4. R4 - These repair involve repairs to major assys/ replacement of major assy
and are carried out at base wksp.
5. BEYOND LOCAL REPAIR(BLR) - Clean exchange items are back loaded to
depot once there items are sentenced as beyond local repair duly conditioned
by field wksp. Stores are reissued to unit after repair are carried out at depots.
6. BEYOND ECONOMICAL REPAIR(BER) - The cost of repair of clean
exchange items which exceed the market cost of such items are called Beyond
Economical Repair equipment. Such type of stores are back loaded to salvage
depots duly supported with conditioning certificate of wksp.
7. CLASS IV - Vehicles with engine assy being demanded.
8. CLASS V - For back loading of vehicles to vehicle depot.
9. CLASS VI - Accident vehicle.

CLASSIFICATION OF ‘B’ VEH

1. CLASS-III - Veh jinki chalane ki halat achi ho ya jiski light repair wksp
aisi bana sakti ho, lekin unka mailage ya fuel ka karch CL-II garion keliye
mukrar ki hui had se badh chuka ho , aisi garion ko CL-III kehate hai.
2. CLASS-IV - Veh jin ko ki CL-I se second ya third par lane keliye field
wksp ki repair ki zarurat padti hai. Aisi garion ko CL-IV veh kehate hai.
3. CLASS-V - Vehicle jiski base wksp mein repair ki zarurat hai unko CL-V
‘A’ ya ‘B’ kiya jayega iss keliye Army order 492/67 mein diya gaya hai.
‘A’ - CL-V ‘A’ jin garion ke complete overhaul ki zarurat na ho
aur kisi ek ya isse jyada assy ki repair karni ho iss par ki gari accident ya koi
ek se jyada assy’s kharab hone se hoti hai, yeh repair base wksp ya
advance wksp mein ki jati hai.
‘B’ - CL-V ‘B’ aisi gari hai jisse pura overhaul ki zarurat ho usse
kehate hai. Yeh uss gari ka service mein ane ka samay pura hogaya ho ya
uska kilometer discarded vehicle ke barabar pahunch gaya ho yani
kilometer ke lihaz se down grade ki gayi hai.
4. CLASS-VI - Ek gari jis ko ki inspecting officer samajta hai ki is ki chalane
ki wajah se iss par repair kafi ayegi, to is kism gari ko CL-VI kar diya jata
hai.
5. CLASS-VII - Garian jinka Army ke ander istamal band kar diya jata hai in
ko CL-VII kar diya jata hai.

aage chalane se pahle dhayen tatha bayen dekhen ki koi gari dusri
