SUBJECT : PRE-TERMINATION OF CONTRACT OF LEASE

Dear Ms. Tolentino,

Good day!

We would like to inform you that due to financial constraint, we regret to inform you that we are
pre-terminating our existing contract of lease for the whole 12th floor.

In this regard, we are asking your kind understanding not to penalize us a pre-termination penalty
that will cover until December 2023. Instead, we will vacate the _____________________ and
to show our good faith, we are willing to pay the equivalent of two (2) months (May and June) as
pre-termination penalty and we are willing to surrender the security deposits as forfeited.

In this regard, we are hoping that this request will be granted.
