Dear Parents or Guardians,

My name is Johnathan Molina, I graduated Texas A&M University with a degree in international studies.
I am looking forward to a new school term as your child’s teacher. We will go over math and science
lessons in preparation for the completion of the state’s standardized tests next spring. I have planned
many activities throughout the course of the year that are designed to help your child succeed
academically, not only this year but also in the future.

There will be homework assignments Monday through Thursday. Though homework might not be
assigned every day, expect homework on those days. You should expect to see your child spending
(depending on grade) minutes reviewing, reading, working on projects, or studying. A copy of the weekly
assignments will be posted on class dojo. In addition, students are expected to copy their assignments
into their assignment notebooks at the start of class each day.
