REFLECTION

1. About your Assigned School

About assigned school, the pupils at Baluarte Elementary School exhibit a wide range
of skills, passions, and learning styles, as I have seen during my observation. The
school gives pupils the opportunity for independent but experienced learning as well
as the simplest way to access educational resources. Teachers and Principal are
attractive and well-built, and while planning their lesson plans, they take into account
all of the aforementioned qualities to ensure that every student has the support they
require to succeed. In elementary school, I found that when there is a good learning
atmosphere, pupils quickly get used to it and enjoy it. As a student teacher, I wish to
teach at this school in the future because, while the buildings and facilities are not
very attractive, I enjoy how they make learning as comfortable as possible for the
students.

2. About your Principal

The principal is beautiful, lovely, and caring. When we have requirements or issues,
the principal is very personable and simple to find.

3. About your Partner Teacher

Complement this with pictures.
My partner teacher is the type of instructor who is easy to talk to and very
approachable. Dahlia B. Vacalares is a Teacher III and the Grade 6 Hope Class
Adviser. She has been a teacher for 16 years, so she has a lot of experience. I'd like to
spend more time observing her to understand more about her teaching styles and
tactics, which will help me become a better teacher in the future.
