This proposal contains the following revisions,

- Revised pricing
- Adder for 40 HP/1800 RPM motor

One (1) Nash Model Vectra XL-80 Iron Vacuum Pump Package (Once-Thru Seal, Direct Drive) with
the following components,

• One (1) Nash Vectra XL80 Vacuum Pump (Ductile Iron) w/Packing
• One (1) Flexible Coupling (TB Woods or equiv.) – Bored for NEMA 324T Frame Motor
• One (1) Coupling Guard (UniGuard) – OSHA Compliannt
• One (1) Set of Seal Water Controls consisting of,
• One (1) Flow Control Valve
• One (1) Solenoid Valve (110 VAC)
• One Wye-Type Strainer (Carbon Steel w/SS Basket)

Note: If motor is not purchased with the package, the customer is responsible for drilling and
tapping of motor mounting hole. If customer would like to send the motor to Nash for mounting,
a US$500 price adder will apply.

WARRANTY, SHIPMENT, TERMS & CONDITIONS

Prices are: ex-works – Charleroi, PA

Quotation: Prices firm for 30 days from date of proposal

Terms of Payment: 100% due Net 30 days after shipment

Cancellation Schedule: Order cancellation charges shall be on a percent of order

completion at the time of order cancellation, with a 10%
minimum

Approval Drawings: 4-5 weeks after receipt of order (if required)

Certified Drawings: 1-2 weeks ARO or after receipt of final approval drawings

Shipment: 12-14 weeks after receipt of all customer information, certified

data, purchase orders and customer release to manufacture.

Packing: The equipment quoted is to be packed for domestic shipment via

common carrier per manufacturer's standard.

For Export Boxing, add US$1,250

Please Note: The equipment furnished on this proposal will be invoice directly to the buyer by
