HOW TO USE THE PLANNER

The planner is a PDF file that is meant to work in an annotation app. iOS users
can use GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf. For Android devices, Xodo, Samsung
Notes, or Noteshelf would be a good option.

HOW TO IMPORT FILES

Download the files from your Etsy account or from the download link sent to
your email if you purchased as a guest.
There are multiple ways of importing files into GoodNotes:
• If Google Drive download links are provided, double tap to open the
planner PDF on your tablet, tap the ‘download’ button at the top right
corner of the screen, tap the ‘share’ button at the top right corner of the
screen, and select ‘copy to Goodnotes’ (or the app you use).
• If you downloaded the files on your computer, save the files in a cloud
storage app (Dropbox, Google Drive, iCloud, etc.) and then import them
to your iPad via GoodNotes (or the app you use).
• In GoodNotes app tap ‘New’ (+) button and choose Import. The Files
interface will show up and you can select a document to import by
tapping on it.
• In Google Drive, click three dots next to the planner you want to
download, and then select ‘Open in’ -> ‘Open in (e.g. GoodNotes).

STICKERS
If you’re using GoodNotes, you can use Sticker Book inside the app. Go to this
link:

ng.
Click on three dots next to GoodNotesStickerBook file, then tap ‘Open in’ and
‘Open in GoodNotes’.
If you have trouble downloading the file through Google Drive link, please use
the one shared through Dropbox:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/d5x5w1d3kkntw3w/GoodnotesStickerBook.goodnotes?dl=0

Simply, tap on three dots next to the file, choose ‘Share’, then ‘Export file’, and
‘Open in GoodNotes’.
Here’s how to use the stickers:
1. Select the Lasso tool
2. Circle the sticker(s) with the Lasso tool
3. Tap to prompt the actions bar and select Copy
4. Swap to your Digital Planner, tap to prompt the actions bar and select
Paste where you want to add a sticker
If you’re using different app than GoodNotes, you can use cropped stickers.
First, save the folder with Cropped Stickers to your Google Drive account. Click
on three dots next to the folder, tap Add shortcut to drive, and click on My
Drive.
Now, you can either leave the Stickers saved in your Google Drive account or
move them to ‘Files’. To do so, go to Files, click Browse, go to Google Drive,
and find the folder with Cropped Stickers. Then, simply tap on that folder, click
copy, and then paste it to the Files.
You can save and organize your favorite stickers on MY STICKERS page in your
Digital Planner for easy access and replacement of stickers. The MY STICKERS
icon is accessible in the index page or every page, depending on what digital
planner you purchased.

HOW TO CHANGE THE COVER

To change the cover, first save the preferable cover to your device (you can
also take a screenshot). Then, add an image on top of the current cover page
and resize it so it fits the whole page.
HYPERLINKS
Why are the links not working?
First, please remember to have the ‘Read-Only’ tool on (in GoodNotes it’s the
crossed-out pencil on the top right corner of the screen) to activate the
hyperlinks.
If the links still don’t work with the ‘Read-Only’ tool on, please check if your
iPad (or other tablets) system software is up-to-date. If so, please close all the
documents of GoodNotes (or the app you use) and force quit it, then restart
your tablet.
If you still have trouble getting the links work, please send me a message.
Will the hyperlinks still work if I rearrange pages?
In most PDF annotation apps such as GoodNotes, Notability, Adobe Acrobat
Pro etc., you can safely move around pages without breaking the hyperlinks.
But in some apps like Xodo, hyperlinks will not work as they originally do.
