Thank you so much for choosing The Planners Collective. Your purchase means a lot
to us and we want to make sure you’re as happy with it as we are. If you have any

This product works well on an Apple IPads and Android/windows tablets. We

recommend using it with the apple pencil or other stylus.

LOAD THE DOWNLOADED PDF FILE TO YOUR LAPTOP OR TABLET

The app we personally recommend using for your digital product is GoodNotes.
However, your downloaded PDF works well with other PDF annotation apps such as
Notability, Notes Writer, Xodo, etc. Make sure the app you choose is up to date as
well.

Fast way to get started with your new digital file!

1. Download your items from your computer or tablet. Go to purchases and

reviews and you will find your digital products available to download.
2. Save PDF file to your device, ICloud, Dropbox, google drive or computer.
3. Download or choose the app you will be wanting to use your new digital
product on such as GoodNotes, Notability, Notes Writer, Xodo, etc.
4. Select the import button on chosen app ‘Import’ or ‘+’ and choose your PDF file
from the location you saved it in previously such as download folder, ICloud,
Dropbox, google drive etc.
If you want to load your digital file directly to your tablet, follow these steps
below!

1. Open your account in your Chrome or Safari browser.

2. Go to purchases and reviews. Click download files. Then click the download
button on the following page.
3. Click the share button on the top right corner of your tablet . Then select
copy to GoodNotes or whichever app you are planning to use your digital file

with.

How to import planner into GoodNotes once PDF file is saved on computer or
tablet

1. Click new document button

2. Click ‘import’ to choose your saved PDF file

3. Choose where you saved your PDF file

4. Click your downloaded file and it will import to your GoodNotes document

5. Start planning!
Please note:

In order to use hyperlinks to click to desired page make sure you have ‘read only’ button selected

NOTEBOOK/PLANNER TIPS:

How to add/duplicate more pages:

1. When on the page you are looking to duplicate/add click the ‘+’ button at top right corner in
GoodNotes

2. After clicking the + button

you can choose if you want to
add the duplicated page before
or after the current page you are
on.

3. Select ‘current page’.

Now you will have the

duplicated page available
Another way to add pages is to go into notebook/planner pages’ overview

1. Click button in GoodNotes located in the top left corner.

2. Once in notebook pages overview you

can choose where you would like to add a
duplicated page in your notebook.

Once you know where you want to add

another page click the ∨ located at the
bottom right corner of the page.

Then you can choose either add page or

duplicate.
How to change notebook/planner cover in GoodNotes:

1. Click button in GoodNotes located in the top left corner.

2. Find the cover options located

at the end of notebook.

3. Click and hold the cover you

would like to use so that you can
drag it to the very front of the
notebook. (Drag notebook cover
to top of GoodNotes page and it
will automatically scroll up so you
can place it at beginning of
notebook.
 How to unzip file

Stickers and some planners come in a zipped file. In order to use them, you
must first unzip the file.

*A quick way to unzip a file is to simply open it on a computer or laptop and

double-click the file and it will automatically unzip.*

OR

1. Go to your account in ‘purchases and reviews’ to download zipped file.

2. You will then see this page, click ‘open in Files’

3. Choose the location you would like to save the file then click ‘add’ at top right

4. It will then bring you to this page, click preview content.

5. Now your file will open and you can save it by clicking the button at the top
right . For stickers you can save image to camera roll. For planners you can
click the app you’d like to import your planner to.

Click share button and

choose the app you'd like to
import it to like Goodnotes
for example.
For stickers save image to your camera roll

Click save image for stickers

and then you can find them
in your camera roll.

HERE IS ANOTHER WAY TO UNZIP A FILE

1. Download an app used to unzip files. The app I recommend is called “Zip &
RAR File Extractor.

2. Once you download the app you can choose where you saved your zipped
file and open it. (In this example I saved it to my Dropbox)
3. Select the file you would like to unzip. If you picked your file from Dropbox /
Google Drive / iCloud, a window will appear asking if you agree to make a
copy to extract later, click OK.

4. Once you click on your zipped stickers, select ‘file’ and it will now be found
back in ‘home’ on the app (this if you picked Dropbox / Google Drive /
iCloud).
5. Go to ‘home’ on the app and click on the zipped sticker file and hit ‘Extract’
on the bottom right corner.
6. Once you hit extract a new folder should appear, which is the one for the
stickers now unzipped. And when you click on it the stickers files should be
ready to use

7. In order to use the stickers on apps such as GoodNotes it is most convenient

to have the sticker page saved to you ‘camera roll’ on your device. Save to
your camera roll by clicking on the file and select sticker pages you just
unzipped and you will see this button on the bottom right. When you click
that, select ‘save image’ and now you will be able to find it in your camera
roll.

HOW TO USE STICKERS

In this example of the basics of using digital stickers I will be showing

examples using them in GoodNotes.

1. In order to access your sticker page that is saved in your devices camera
roll ! Make sure you ‘read only’ mode is off.

2. Now click the photo button

 3. Once you click that button you will see your camera roll photos. Select the
sticker page you would like to use.

4. Select the image. Press again (press and hold on image until ‘crop’ button
appears. Select ‘crop’

5. Once you selected ‘crop’ it will allow you to crop the image so that you
can choose the sticker you would like to add into your planner. There are 2
options for cropping. There is rectangle and this will allow you to use the
rectangle tool to crop around the exact sticker you want. Or you can
choose ‘freehand’ this allows you draw around the sticker with your apple
pencil for example.
 Choose to crop using the rectangle tool or freehand.

 6.Once
you’ve
cropped
around the
exact sticker you want select ‘Done’ in the top right corner.
7. Now you will have your chosen sticker and can place it in your planner and
make it however big or small you would like!
