2. ____________, Head Teacher I, presided the meeting. She discussed the blended learning modalities, that there are 3 days face to face classes and 2 days modular printed. 3. She assured the safe operations of reopening of school by using WASH facilities and supplies before entering the school, availability of hygienic materials such as alcohol, facemask and all teachers are fully vaccinated. 4. She reminded the parents to follow the safety protocol when entering the school. 5. Al1 learners may participate in face to face classes regardless of COVID- 19 vaccination status, while vaccination of learners is encouraged. 6. Students participating in the face-to-face classes must have the written consent of their parents. Teachers will monitor students who do not attend face to face education due to their parents' wish and they will take measures about the education of these students through modular distance learning. 7. ________________ also reminded the parents to talk properly their child about the incoming Opening of classes; the safety protocols that need to be followed. 8. ______________ discussed the reading especially the struggling readers to follow up at home through the help of guardian. 9. While, ___________ discussed that each child should prepare a GO Bag in preparation to all types of calamities. She said everything that can be put on the bag such as, flashlight, canned goods, clothes, extra battery for flashlight, important documents and money. 10. ______________, explained all the expenditures in MOOE such as, in printing (ink), school supplies (staple wires, stapler, puncher, folders) for the teachers that needed in preparing in school opening and other repairs for the beautification and conduciveness of school premises 11. The meeting then proceeded in distributing the consent form of each parent.
