‫اﻻﺳﺘِ َﺨ َﺎرة‬

ْ ‫ﺎء‬ُ ‫ُد َﻋ‬

ِ ‫اﻟﻌ ِﻈ‬ ْ َ‫ﻚ ِﻣ ْﻦ ﻓ‬ ِ

‫ﻚ‬َ ‫ ﻓَِﺈﻧﱠ‬،‫ﻴﻢ‬ َ ‫ﻚ‬ َ ِ‫ﻀﻠ‬ َ ُ‫َﺳﺄَﻟ‬
ْ ‫ َوأ‬،‫ﻚ‬ َ ‫َﺳﺘَـ ْﻘ ِﺪ ُر َك ﺑِ ُﻘ ْﺪ َرﺗ‬
ْ ‫ َوأ‬،‫ﻚ‬ َ ‫َﺳﺘَ ِﺨ ُﻴﺮ َك ﺑِ ِﻌﻠ ِْﻤ‬
ْ ‫"اﻟﻠﱠ ُﻬ ﱠﻢ إِﻧﱢﻲ أ‬
َ ‫ اﻟﻠﱠ ُﻬ ﱠﻢ إِ ْن ُﻛ ْﻨ‬،‫ﻮب‬
‫ﺖ ﺗَـ ْﻌﻠَ ُﻢ أَ ﱠن َﻫ َﺬا‬ ِ ُ‫ﺖ َﻋ ﱠﻼ ُم اﻟﻐُﻴ‬ َ ْ‫ َوأَﻧ‬،‫ َوﺗَـ ْﻌﻠَ ُﻢ َوﻻَ أَ ْﻋﻠَ ُﻢ‬،‫ﺗَـ ْﻘ ِﺪ ُر َوﻻَ أَﻗ ِْﺪ ُر‬
،‫ ﺛُ ﱠﻢ ﺑَﺎ ِر ْك ﻟِﻲ ﻓِ ِﻴﻪ‬،‫ﺴ ْﺮﻩُ ﻟِﻲ‬ ‫ ﻓَﺎﻗْ ُﺪ ْرُﻩ ﻟِﻲ َوﻳَ ﱢ‬،‫ﺎﺷﻲ َو َﻋﺎﻗِﺒَ ِﺔ أ َْﻣ ِﺮي‬ ِ ‫اﻷَﻣﺮ َﺧﻴـﺮ ﻟِﻲ ﻓِﻲ ِدﻳﻨِﻲ وﻣﻌ‬
َََ ٌْ َْ
ْ َ‫ ﻓ‬،‫ﺎﺷﻲ َو َﻋﺎﻗِﺒَ ِﺔ أ َْﻣ ِﺮي‬
‫ﺎﺻ ِﺮﻓْﻪُ َﻋﻨﱢﻲ‬ ِ ‫ﺖ ﺗَـ ْﻌﻠَﻢ أَ ﱠن َﻫ َﺬا اﻷَﻣﺮ َﺷ ﱞﺮ ﻟِﻲ ﻓِﻲ ِدﻳﻨِﻲ وﻣﻌ‬
َََ َْ ُ َ ‫َوإ ْن ُﻛ ْﻨ‬
ِ
."‫ﺿﻨِﻲ ﺑِ ِﻪ‬ِ ‫ ﺛُ ﱠﻢ أَر‬،‫ﺚ َﻛﺎ َن‬
ْ َ ‫ َواﻗْ ُﺪ ْر ﻟِ َﻲ‬،ُ‫اﺻ ِﺮﻓْﻨِﻲ َﻋ ْﻨﻪ‬
ُ ‫اﻟﺨ ْﻴـ َﺮ َﺣ ْﻴ‬ ْ ‫َو‬

Allaahumma 'innee 'astakheeruka bi'ilmika, wa 'astaqdiruka

biqudratika, wa 'as'aluka min fadhtikal-'Adheem, fa'innaka
taqdiru wa laa 'aqdir, wa ta'lamu, wa laa 'a'lam, wa 'Anta
'Allaamul-Ghuyoob, Allaahumma 'in kunta ta'lamu anna
haathal-amra Khayrun lee fee deenee wa ma'aashee, wa 'aaqibati
amree, Faqdurhu lee, wa yassirhu lee, thumma baarik lee feeh,
wa 'in kunta ta'lamu anna haathal-amra sharrun lee fee deenee,
wa ma'aashee, wa 'aaqibati amree, Fasrifhu 'annee, wasrifnee
'anhu, waqdur liyal-khayra haythu kaan, thumma 'ardhinee bih.

(O Allah, I ask you the good through Your Knowledge, and

ability through Your Power, and beg (Your Favour) out of your
infinite Bounty. For surely You have Power; I have none. You
know all; I know not. You are the Great Knower of all things. O
Allah! If in Your Knowledge [this matter] be good for my faith
(Deen), for my livelihood, and for the consequences of my
affairs, then ordain it for me, and make it easy for me, and bless
me therein. But if in Your Knowledge, [this matter] be bad for
my faith (Deen) for my livelihood, and for the consequences of
my affairs, then turn it away from me, and turn me away
therefrom, and ordain for me the good wherever it be, and cause
me to be pleased therewith.)
