Conclusion

Firstly, it has been a pleasure working on this project and it has been a great
ride.

For the best performance, the organisations solely focus on advertising and
social media for promoting their schools. In addition, the organisations make
sure to use the best faculty for their students after carefully going through
resumes, trainee programs and then having teachers observed for the first few
days. On top, if any problem is faced, doors are always open for any
complaints, criticism and any compliments too. According to the interviewee’s,
Schools play a major role in everyday life and are the supports to our societal
structure. School’s are where children go from young and curious to all grown
up and wanting to learn more. The common competencies required for future
employees should be: Knowledge, Teamwork, Taking Responsibility, Planning
and Management and Taking Initiative. Knowledge is needed for subject
matter expertise. Teamwork skills plays a very important role in the career of
an employee in this organisation. Taking responsibility is very important to
control a mass of students. Planning and Management is vital to plan
extracurriculars and field trips for students. Taking Initiative is also an
important quality required by senior staff in this organisation.
