STARTED?
It was started by a prank.
We made a prank cake by covering a wooden cylinder
in a cake batter and then bake it.
Then we liked it.
Then we think to a sell a unique cake.
Then we started to sell in cart.
We got a good response from the customers and we
started to sell it in the food truck.
Since the fresh, steaming cake in the shape of a
truncated cone resembles a hot chimney.
So, named it a chimney cake.
