1. MIXED Production Process
Step One

1.1 Transfer Journal Creation

 First User need to Transfer Process Milk to Ice Cream Production Division

Path: - Inventory Management > Journal Entries >Items>Transfer

 Click OK on Transfer menu below window will open

 Now user need to click on +New button, and following window will open
 Site: User need to select Site Id from Drop down menu.
 Warehouse: User need to select the Warehouse from where mixed milk transferring.
 To Warehouse: User need to select which warehouse mixed milk to transfer here.
 After that user need to Click on OK button.
 Following window will open.

 In Journal lines user need to Click on + New button

  Following details need to insert.
Item Number User need to select Item Number from drop down list
Product Name Product name will come automatically.
From site From Site will come automatically
To site User need to select To Site from drop down list
From From Warehouse will come automatically
warehouse
To Warehouse User need to select To warehouse from drop down list
From Location User need to select from location from drop down list
Quantity User need put transfer Process Milk quantity
Batch User Need to Select Batch from drop down list

 After entering all the details user need to post Transfer journal entry to complete the
transfer process.

 After click on Post button following window will open.

 User need to click on OK button to post the transfer entry.
1.2 Process Mixed Production

 Before Ice Cream production in system user need to produce Semi finished Mixeed

 Production Order Creation

Path: - Production Control>Production Order>All production order

  After click on All Production orders production order templates will be appear
 Now user needs to click on select button

 After click on Select button following window will be appear

 Now Production order list Page will be open click on ‘New Batch order’

 Select FG Item Number for which Production order wants to create.

 Select Production Order quantity
 Click on create button to create Production order.
1.3 Estimate

 Select Production Order

 Click on Estimate for Estimate Production Order
  After Successfully Estimation of Production Order Status of this Order changed from
Created to Estimated

1.4 Start

 Now Starts this production Order by clicking on Start Button

  After Click on Start Button Following window will open
 Check production order Quantity
 Click on Ok button to process.

 After Successfully Start of production order, status of this order changed from
Estimated to Stared
1.5 Pick List

 Now, user needs to Go To production order menu action pane and click on View button
and select Picking list under Journal Tab

 After Click on Picking List following window will be appear

 After click on production journal following window will be appeared.

  User Need to select Location and Batch Number for Process Milk from drop down list
 After that user need to Post Picking List

1.6 Report As Finished

 Now click on ‘Report as finished’ in production order menu Action Pane

 After click on ‘Report as finished’ following window will be appear
 Select the Batch Number
 Click on OK button
 Now status of production order will be changed from start to report as finished
1.7 Production Order END

 Now user needs to go to production order Menu action Pane and select ‘End’ button
 After click on ‘END’ button following window will be appear
 Click on ok button
 Now production order status will be changed from Report as finished to End
1.8 Production Costing

 User needs to go to Manage cost in production order Menu action Pane and select
production posting
 Material Consumption Voucher
 2. Production Ice Cream

Step Two

 After Production of MIXED Now user need to produce Ice Cream Finished Goods.

2.1 Production Order Creation

Path: - Production Control>Production Order>All production order

 After click on All Production orders production order templates will be appear
 Now user needs to click on select button
 After click on Select button following window will be appear
 Now Production order list Page will be open click on ‘New Batch order’

 Select FG Item Number for which Production order wants to create.

 Select Production Order quantity
 Click on create button to create Production order.
2.2 Estimate

 Select Production Order

 Click on Estimate for Estimate Production Order
 After Successfully Estimation of Production Order Status of this Order changed from
Created to Estimated
2.3 Start

 Now Starts this production Order by clicking on Start Button

 After Click on Start Button Following window will open

 Check production order Quantity
 Click on Ok button to process.
 After Successfully Start of production order, status of this order changed from
Estimated to Stared
2.4 Pick List

 Now, user needs to Go To production order menu action pane and click on View button
and select Picking list under Journal Tab

 After Click on Picking List following window will be appear

 After click on production journal following window will be appeared

 Click on Post Button.
 After click on Post button pick list will be posted.
  User Need to select Batch Number for Mixed Semi finished item from drop down list
 After that user need to Post Picking List

2.5 Report as Finished

 Now click on ‘Report as finished’ in production order menu Action Pane

 After click on ‘Report as finished’ following window will be appear
 Click on OK button
 Now status of production order will be changed from start to report as finished
2.6 Production Order END
 Now user needs to go to production order Menu action Pane and select ‘End’ button
 After click on ‘END’ button following window will be appear
 Click on ok button
 Now production order status will be changed from Report as finished to End
2.7 Production Costing

 User needs to go to Manage cost in production order Menu action Pane and select
production posting
 Material Consumption Voucher
