(40% in respect of SC, ST and OBC candidates of Karnataka state) in Physics, Chemistry and
Mathematics and should have passed these subjects individually.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Candidates should have secured 50% marks in Mathematics and aggregate of 50% marks in

Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in the Qualifying Examination (10+2).

HOW TO APPLY

The candidates who seek admission to UG programes in CUSAT should apply for CAT

through online mode only.

IMPORTANT DATES

Last date of online registration and fee payment for CAT - 26.02. 2024.

Computer Based Test (CBT) on 10th,11th and 12th May, 2024.

MAHARASHTRA STATE ENTRANCE EXAMINATION (MHT-CET 2024)

Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with physics and mathematics as compulsory
subject along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational
subject or computer science or information technology and obtained at least 45% marks (at
least 40% marks, in case of Backward Class categories EWS, PWD candidates belonging to
maharashtra state only) in the above subject taken together and the candidate should have
appeared in all the subject in CET and should obtain non zero score in CET conducted by the
competent authority.

Application to the MHT-CET 2024 can be made Online only.

Online registration From on website - 16th January To 1st March 2024 &
With additional Late Fee of 500/- for all categories - 2nd March To 8th March 2024.
Exam Date : 25th April To 30th April 2024 (PCM).
