Accountabilities/ Key Result Areas (KRA):

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Breeding Nursery and Disease Incharge
 Supervise all breeding activities in white program
 Recommend white breeding materials to be forwarded in commercial breeding
 Responsible for familiarization of all maintained and collected materials with their strength
and weaknesses, heterotic pattern and line sources in white program.
 Ensure proper records of all breeding materials in white program
 Responsible for planting plan preparation
 Supervise all activities in disease screening nursery
 Provide necessary data needed by line breeder in disease screening program
 Perform on activities directed by line development breeder.
Task List:
 Seed preparation for breeding nursery and screening 1 trial
 Implementation of day to day field activities
 Encoding of planting plan
 Gathering and encoding data
