Z- 6 RUNNING TOOL

Application:

• The Z-6 running tool is a slickline service tool used to install a

DB series no-go lock

Features:

• Tattletale device that gives positive indication that the lock is

set

• Internally threaded to receive a prong

• Has fishing neck

Operation:

Run in the tool string below the jars. The lock is attached to the
running tool with shear pins. Downward jarring sets the lock and
upward jarring releases the running tool from the lock.
