Communication Gap

Principle not available

SOLUTION :-
Talked about the project from Vice Principle.
We held meeting with the Principle prior conducting the session.

GAP :-
LOGISTICS

A computer lab was not available for research work.

SOLUTION :-
Smart class was available for audio and visual interaction.
Students have smartphone and internet connectivity at home for
their research work and takeaway activity.

GAP :-
TEACHERS

The POC in-charge was not interested in coordinating.

Class teacher of 8th class denied to cooperate due to board
examination.
SOLUTION :-
We changed the class from 8th to class 9th B for the session.
The class teacher of 9th B agreed to coordinate with us as our new
POC.

GAP :-
Some students took time to response.
Few students were a bit notorious.
STUDENTS

The language of students seem to be bookish.

SOLUTION :-
We increased the duration of session for brief explanation.
We took reflection from students for making them more observant.
We asked them questions for making them a bit casual.

GAP :-
CLASSROOM
LEARNING

Students thought this is some science and art & craft based class.
SOLUTION :-
We made them observe their environment and how they can learn
from their environment.
