Dear Ma’am,

Good day!
I am writing to you to request for budget approval for the culmination day of “Buwan ng
Wika” to be held for the Junior and Senior High School Department. As we discussed, we
will be arranging the culmination this coming september 1, 2023.

We have spoken to an event coordinator who has agreed to manage our culmination day.
The budget to arrange the entire function will reach the sum of 2,000. Please let us know if
the budget is within your expectations. We request you to please approve the budget and
release the funds in order for us to proceed with the finalisation of the venue.

The 2,000 budget will take care the venue, tarpauline, illustrations boards, pastels,
certificates for the students, and tokens. Kindly let us know if there is anything not included
and is necessary for the arrangement for the said event/activities.
