Subject: Letter of Food Sponsorship for AIS 21st Graduation Completion Ceremony

Sir/Madam,
We are enthralled to announce the Graduation Completion Ceremony of AIS 21st Batch "AdIoS
21" which is speculated to be held at the end of January 2019. To maintain the glory of the
program, we have planned to establish the event spreading over a span of 4 days. The timeline
of which can be summarized as:

28th January “Debit the memories credit the footprints"
(Inauguration)
30th January Cultural Night
2nd February Corporate Dinner
1st week of February Rag Tour

The event will be spread among not only the 200+ students of AIS 21st but also its buzz shall
echo around all corners of the whole University of Dhaka campus. We are also willing to organize a
couple of public welfare programs like “Blood Donation” campaign and “Worm clothes distribution”
in our campus area as well as the area we are going for a tour.It will be our immense pleasure if you
and your organization please sponsor our humble event. The details of all sponsorship packages
are attached. Be a part of this grand ceremony through generous contribution.
Claims: 1. For inauguration day we will need 250 packets of Lunch.
2. For the cultural night we will need 300 packets of Dinner (including for our
Honourable Vc sir and respective faculty members)
Benefits:
1. We will use your company name and logo in our cover picture of the event which will be highlighted
in social media by our students and juniors.
2. We will use your company name and logo in our banners around the campus.
3. We will provide you to have two food stalls one in TSC and another in Business Faculty for two
whole days.
4. We will intoduce food Hall as our food partner.
