This EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE of the late SIBAS

TAGWALAN, married to ALAIDA PANGILAN is made and entered into by and
among his legal heirs, namely;

HEIRS OF NORIA TAGWALAN-ADIL, represented by HAMZOR

TAGWALAN ADIL, Filipino, married, of legal age and a resident of Purok 2,
Tambongon, Pantukan, Davao de Oro;

HEIRS OF SALEMA TAGWALAN-BIAD, represented by MOMAR

WELMER PANGILAN TAGWALAN, Filipino, married, of legal age and a
resident of Purok 2, Tambongon, Pantukan, Davao de Oro;
ZORAIDA TAGWALAN-VENANCIO Filipino, married, of legal age and a
resident of Purok 2, Tambongon, Pantukan, Davao de Oro;

WITNESSETH:

That the late SIBAS TAGWALAN died on December 18, 1977, in

Tambongon, Pantukan, Davao de Oro, and his wife ALAIDA PANGILAN died on
April 13, 2013 in Tambongon, Pantukan, Davao de Oro, leaving as heirs, the
aforesaid HEIRS OF NORIA TAGWALAN-ADIL, represented by HAMZOR
TAGWALAN ADIL, HEIRS OF SALEMA TAGWALAN-BIAD, represented by
MOMAR TAGWALAN BIAD, PAULO PANGILAN TAGWALAN, HEIRS OF LATE
ABCARLO PANGILAN TAGWALAN, represented by MERIAM TAGWALAN
CALIM, WELMER PANGILAN TAGWALAN, and ZORAIDA TAGWALAN-
MOMAR TAGWALAN BIAD

VENANCIO, all of legal age as his surviving sons and daughters;

That the late SIBAS TAGWALAN, upon his death left a real property consisting of
SIXTEEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED NINETY-ONE (16,191) SQUARE
ZORAIDA TAGWALAN-VENANCIO

METERS, more or less, particularly described as Lot B-2, portion of Lot B, Psd-
3591.

Bearing true.

That to the best of the knowledge of the parties hereto, the deceased left no
debts nor any will, but this is without prejudice to any obligations or any will,
HAMZOR TAGWALAN ADIL

which may hereinafter come to the knowledge of the parties.

That aforesaid HEIRS OF NORIA TAGWALAN-ADIL, HEIRS OF SALEMA

TAGWALAN-BIAD, PAULO PANGILAN TAGWALAN, HEIRS OF LATE
ABCARLO PANGILAN TAGWALAN, WELMER PANGILAN TAGWALAN, and
ZORAIDA TAGWALAN-VENANCIO, agree to adjudicate and divide the above
parcels of land, in co-ownership among themselves, in equal shares

 NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to Section 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court of the
Philippines, the herein parties, in person, possessing full civil capacity, do hereby settle,
adjudicate and partition between and among themselves the above-described estate of
the decedent in the manner above-stated.

The foregoing inheritance is subject however to the liabilities imposed by Section

4, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court of the Philippines regarding the right of any heir or
creditor who might have been deprived of his/her lawful participation in the estate of the
decedent for a period of two (2) years.
