In this section the user can access the customer’s Player Protection tools and make changes to the tools
available – either as part of an SG operational process or as part of a customer interaction. See below the
tools available.

On each tool option you can find a description of that tools:

Take a Break

From here you can apply a timeout (also called a short break) to the customer’s account. In the
dropdown menu option, a time period can be selected, and then applied using the ‘save changes’
button. The user will need to confirm he changes.

Deposit Limit

From here you can apply a deposit limit to the customer’s account. In the dropdown menu option, a
time period can be selected as well as a value, and then applied using the ‘save changes’ button.
The user will need to confirm the changes.

Session Timer

This tool is no longer supported onsite.

Loss / Transfer Limit

From here you can apply a loss or transfer limit to the customer’s account. In the dropdown menu
option, a Product, a time period, and a value can be selected, and then applied using the ‘save
changes’ button. The user will need to confirm the changes.

Self-Exclusion

If the exclusion is requested by the customer but presents under a Refusal of Service reason, the
enforced self-exclusion toggle must be used. You must also use the enforced self-exclusion toggle if
a self-exclusion is applied, and it was not at the customer’s request.
If the customer presents under a 1b reason and requires an Industry Wide Self-Exclusion, please
apply an enforced Permanent Self-Exclusion, and add your reason for application, reference to
contact and select “Yes”. For all other Enforced Self-Exclusions, please select No

Reality Check

From here you can view what Reality Check frequency the customer has applied. The operator
cannot make changes to this, only the customer can.

Net Deposit Limit

From here you can apply a net deposit limit to the customer’s account. In the dropdown menu
option, a time period can be selected as well as a value, and then applied using the ‘save changes’
button. The user will need to confirm the changes.

To remove a net deposit limit, the ‘remove limit’ button is used at the bottom left of this section. This
ensures the customer’s limit is reverted to the standard global limit that applied to all customers.
