AFFIDAVIT OF RELEASE, WAIVER AND QUITCLAIM

I, ROXANNE REYNALDO BALLOLA, of legal age, single, Filipino and with

residence at Catbalogan City, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law
do hereby depose and state, that:-

1. I am employed at SANDBOX ENTERTAINMENT CORP. (SBOXCO),

duly licensed and accredited gaming software service provider of
Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) with
place of business at Villa Quijano Forest Hills Rd., Brgy. Guadalupe,
Banawa, Cebu City;

2. I started my employment sometime in July 2022. However, due to

personal reasons beyond explanation, I am tendering my voluntary
resignation as such effective immediately;

3. During the course of my employment with said SANDBOX

ENTERTAINMENT CORP. (SBOXCO), I received all my salaries and
all other benefits as mandated by law and thus I am forever releasing
said employer, its officers and agents, and further waiving any and all
my rights and privileges in its favor and quit further any action, be it
criminal, civil or administrative, against it, its officers and agents which
I may have under the law before any appropriate fora;

4. I am executing this affidavit to attest the truth of all the foregoing and
for legal purposes.
