Nakasawa offers a state-of-the-art technology for steam PRODUCTION INCREASE 300 to 400%
injection, supported by a high-performance robotized
super-factory line. This Steam Generation System meets
and exceeds the specifications of design, performance
and safe operation, required by international engineering
standards. The Super Matroid Technology Generation
System (NK57-SMT) is made up by an advanced and fully
automated Cyclonic Separator, designed to operate
effectively with high Total Dissolved Solids (TDS up to
10,000). With its ability to deliver an exceptional steam
quality (≥ 95%), the NK57-SMT significantly enhances the Steam injection rate: 11.5 Ton/Hr
efficiency and cost-effectiveness of any CSS thermal
process (TEOR). Steam Generator available for immediate Deployment

The NK57-SMT is a fully pre-assembled unit at the factory


for easy transportation. Its operation is fully automatic
and it has a dual burner (gas/liquid) with a single pass
forced draft (OTSG) of 25 MM BTU/HR, 12.5 Ton/hr at
high steam quality. The discharge pressure range in
operation mode is: 500-1800 psig, for a maximum of 2500
psig. Additionally, it is equipped with combustion and
flame safety controls, a Programmable Logic Controller

NK57-SMT DESIGN INNOVATION:


The balanced thermal-hydraulic design ensures high thermal
efficiency, adequate pressure drop, and high operational
reliability over a wide flow range.

We have designed the coils bundle considering a


conservative value of heat load rate (Heat Flux). This value is
obtained by the arrangement of a large number of tubes
installed in the radiant and convective sections of the
generator, minimizing the risk of premature failure and
maximizing equipment life.

MANUFACTURING STANDARDS:

The integral steam generation system is designed and manufactured


in a modern robotic factory under strict and high quality standards in
accordance with the following regulations:

• ASME Standard: Design and manufacture of pressure vessels.


• API Standard: Design and manufacture of pressure vessels.
• IBR Standard: Design and manufacture of pressure vessels.
• Design and manufacture of Boilers / Class A Generators.

PORTABLE WATER TREATMENT PLANT (WTP)


The Steam Generation System is accompanied by a fully
automated Portable Water Treatment Plant, which includes
the following processes: Filtration, Ionic Exchange and
Chemical Conditioning. It is a portable plant installed on a
trailer, and consists of 2 filter trains or lines, each one of 13.2
m³/Hr (60 gpm), which guarantees a continuous production
of 13.5 m³/Hr of treated water round the clock, regardless of
filter backwashing and ion exchange resin regeneration
needs. WTP Components: Dual impurities removal filter
(Multi-layer bed) ; Dual (Series type) water softeners; Three
chemical injection systems; Two feed pumps, one brine
pump, PLC control panel with HMI, and motor control panel.

The WTP is equipped with automatic valves, as well as


indicators, switches, pressure and flow transmitters, online
nalyzers and all the necessary instrumentation to operate
fully automatically through a Programmable Logic Control
(PLC) system, with the option of semi-automatic or manual WATER TREATMENT TRAINS (CAP.: 60 GPM each)
operation according to the client's requirement. Manufacturing standards: ASME, API, ISO.

PORTABLE OFFICE-LABORATORY TRAILER


In addition, Nakasawa offers a 3-axis Office-Lab. chassis
trailer (37 x 8 feet), made up by three separate divided areas.
Area 1: Laboratory section for the analysis of water samples;
Area 2: constituted by a meeting area for operators as a
control room; and Area 3: constituted by a bedroom with a
bathroom. All sections are equipped with office furniture, air
conditioning, air extraction system, plumbing (wastewater
treatment plant with capacity for 2000 Liters max.), interior
and exterior doors, windows and 110V and 220V explosion-
proof electrical power system.

AUTOMATION & MONITORING SYSTEM


The Steam Generator and the WTP are provided with a
communication and data transmission system designed to
meet client needs. The necessary devices for remote
monitoring are incorporated, with transmission and data
reception from the steam injection operation to the client's
network through its servers in real time.
Telecommunications links and equipment are supported
under the latest technology standards in radio
communication and current security guidelines.

Both the NK57-SMT Steam Generator and the WTP are


equipped with a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), which
allows different ways of communication, such as: WIFI, GSM, RADIO
MODEM SATELLITE
SCADA, Radio, Optical Fiber, USB or Ethernet. The system has
the ability to receive analog and digital inputs and integrate
the signals from the well sensors, if available, (surface and
bottom sensors) to monitor and control all variables from the CELLULAR SCADA
MODEN SYSTEM
reservoir to the Steam Generator. On the other hand, the
system has the versatility to download data to generate daily
reports for subsequent analysis and construction of trend

LPG FUEL SYSTEM


In addition, Nakasawa offers a complete LPG SYSTEM.
Introducing our advanced LPG system: compact, efficient,
and safe. Our 425 KG installation conforms to international
CE norms and requires minimal space compared to
traditional systems. With fewer leakage points and easy
operation, it outperforms LOT, VOT, and Bulk systems.
Optionally, our system includes an advanced gas
management system with automated leak detection and
flow metering for precise control (additional cost based on
demand). Equipped with a multifunctional valve meeting
NFPA 58 requirements, our system ensures enhanced safety
and offers both liquid and vapor withdrawal. Upgrade to
