INTRODUCTION.

MuyMuy was born as a dreamy, innovative project, bringing 100% made in

Mexico products to all homes, offering a unique service that takes the package
from the farthest corner of this country, to the furthest home in Mexico. Why
does VeryVery exist? Because what is made in Mexico is well done, because
we are very good at what we do and because we must all consume what is made
in our country, support each other, value and treasure national talent.

It is better to take off the blindfold and buy what is made in Mexico, make it a
goal to use at least one Mexican item, in www.muymuy.mx you find not only
blouses, skirts, but also shoes, watches, hatsAs a final comment, even if they
copy us, we are the largest platform for the sale of Mexican items in the country,
even so we welcome all ideas that add up to Mexican talent being seen and
valued around the world.
ISO 9001 AUDIT

Observation visual

Among the ISO 9001 auditing techniques, this is the most basic for gathering
evidence. Simply observing the environment is a powerful way to understand
how an organization works: is there order, is communication formal or
informal?

Measuring instruments: The presence of measuring instruments usually

means that checks are performed. In such cases, the auditor should find out what
they are used for and check whether the organization should have a process in
place to ensure the suitability of the instruments.

Product identification: The auditor must check that all products have some
form of identification: stickers, labels, barcodes, paint touches, assigned
location, special containers, boxes or bags.

Makeshift fixes and repairs: Looking for evidence that employees have had
to make makeshift repairs. Non-professional repairs often use duct tape, ropes,
wedges, and other craft methods. This is evidence that the maintenance program
does not exist or that senior management does not provide adequate resources.

Informal record-keeping: informal records in notebooks, sheets of paper,

sticky notes... If the records relate to an ISO 9001 critical process, this
constitutes a non-conformance.
IMPROVEMENTS

Customer focus: Organizations depend on their customers and therefore should

understand their current and future customer needs, meet their requirements,
and strive to exceed their expectations.

Leadership: Leaders establish the unity of purpose and direction of the

organization. They should create and maintain an internal environment in which
staff can become fully involved in achieving the organization's goals.

Staff involvement: Staff, at all levels, are the lifeblood of an organization and
their total commitment makes it possible for their skills to be used for the benefit
of the organization.

Process-based approach: For an organization to function effectively and

efficiently, it has to identify and manage numerous interrelated activities. An
activity that uses resources, and that is managed in order to allow the
transformation of inputs into outputs, can be considered as a process.
DIAGRAM OF CAUSE, ROOT.

The company has found variation in the production area, as customer demand
is not being met, which has been generating losses for the organization.
OPPORTUNITY AREA

Problem to be solved:

1. Low sales.

2. Low brand recognition.

3. Little variety in products.

4. Processing time per piece.

5. Few designs.

6. Lack of social media for the business to upload content.

It structures an action plan which is composed of: Objectives, activities,

management indicators.

The objectives are to be able to provide a solution to the problems mentioned

above in order to obtain greater income, position ourselves among the best
brands for having the best quality and variety of products and for managing
affordable prices for the consumer, as well as expand the business in different
places.

With the help of social networks, you will be able to publicize the product you
handle, promotions and places where you can get it.

Indicators:
• Efficiency and performance indicator.

• Quality indicator.

• Time indicator.

• Budget indicators.

• Specific indicators for management methodology.

Based on these indicators, we will be able to improve each of the problems to

be solved.

APPLIED DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIES:

COST LEADERSHIP:

Low prices are used because we adjust to the consumer's economy, in addition
to the fact that the competition handles very high prices without thinking about
the economic capacity of the consumer to acquire the product.

DIFFERENTIATION:

The quality with which handmade hats and designer caps are made are eye-
catching and exclusive.

NICHE APPROACH:
Our target market goes from the first year to 50 or 60 years old, depending on
the season, where there is a variety so that the customer can choose the hat or

CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

In conclusion, this work carried out throughout the semester in this area serves
as a strategy for us to be great entrepreneurs in the future.

This project that we are carrying out is a great step to be able to carry out micro-
enterprises, if that is what we want for our future, since we have the basic
knowledge to be able to do it: market research, strategies to obtain good results,
estimation of the costs of the products we are going to buy. This work helped
us to internalize and learn in an appropriate way how a project is carried out, so
that in the future we will have a better notion when carrying out research.

It leaves us with many important things to reflect on and many others it has
reinforced as cornerstones for a good implementation.

Among the points that we consider to be most important within a project of this
nature are to detect what are the real needs of the people who work day by day.
Although project planning is recognized as a basic function of the project,
planning and preparing a work plan for project execution of any nature helps to
achieve that goal more quickly and effectively.
