an economic proposal related to the implementation of a new device on the market, called
OPPO ShokOne. We are excited by the opportunity to work together on this innovative project
that will surely strengthen OPPO's position in the mobile device market.

Monthly Investment
- Investment of $20,000 MXN per month for 6 months for the development and design of the
smartphone (January 15, 2024 to July 17, 2024).

Payments after the investment period

- Monthly payments of $10,000 MXN will be made.
- VAT of 2.5% included.
- Payments will be made on the 27th of each month during the investment period.

Reprimands for Non-Payment on Time:

- In case of late payments, 12% interest will be applied to the next payment.
