    Minimum Sizes of rooms and their least dimensions:


    A. Rooms for human habitations-6.00 square meters with a least dimension
    of 2.00 meters
    B. Kitchen-3.0 square meters with a least dimension of 1.50 meters
    C. Toilet and Bath-1.20 square meters with a least dimension of 0.90 meter.

    Minimum Air Space Requirements:


    A. School Rooms – 3.00 cubic meters with 1.00 square meter of floor area
    per person.
    B. Workshops, Factories, and Offices – 12.00 cubic meters of air space per
    person.
    C. Toilet and Bath- 1.20 square meters with a least dimension of 0.90 meter.

    Minimum Ceiling heights for artificially ventilated and


    naturally ventilated rooms
    A. Ground Floor-2.70.
    B. Second Floor-2.40.
    C. Succeeding floors-2.10 meters above the finished floor.
    D. Mezzanines-shall have a clear ceiling height not less than 1.80 meters
    above and below it

    Average parking sizes


    A. Perpendicular or Diagonal-2.5mx5m
    B. Parallel Parking-2.15mx6m
    C. Truck or bus parking-3.6mx12m
