INSTRUCTIONAL MONITORING REPORT

For the month of SEPTEMBER 2022

Based on the data, the following are the interventions recommended by the
school:

a. Conduct LAC on enhancing students’ skills in following

instructions and working independently.
b. Communicated with the parents to help the school assist and
supervise the students in completing the activities in the
CAPSLET/SLM.

c. Conducted home visitation activities to check the situation of the

households.

d. Tapped learning facilitator from home or sitio who can help the
III. Recommendations students in completing the activities in the CAPSLET/SLM.

e. Encouraged learners to find ways and means to call their

respective subject teachers. Contact number and schedule were
provided for them. A messenger room/GC was also created to
serve as avenue for teachers to upload digital supplementary
materials.

f. Gathered data to find if the digital copies can be of use to some

learners.

g. The ICT coordinator was also instructed to make available the use
of the DepEd PC tablet for learners without access to internet.
