(CLASS ADVISORY)
June 2019 – December 2019

This report summarizes the accomplishments on Grade 12 TVL A (Class Advisory)


from June 2019 to December 2019.

HIGHLIGHT OF ACCOMPLISHMENTS

I. Staff Development

a. Prepared, formulated and delivered lesson logs on time with


appropriate Instructional Materials aligned with the students’
needs submitted and checked by the school head.

b. Prepared and monitored the upkeep of facilities including the


tools and equipment needed for the students’ actual
performance tasks.

c. Enhanced students' learning by enabling them to practice skills


and test classroom knowledge through performance tasks
ensuring active participation from the learners.

d. Facilitated classroom structuring aimed towards students’


development through conducive learning and motivational
atmosphere.

e. Prepared, selected and used appropriate learning materials


using ICT integration as part of educational technology
advancement.

f. Checked and monitored the progress of learners by using


appropriate learning strategies and assessment in congruence
with curriculum requirements.

g. Monitored and evaluated the progress of learners through the


learner attainment data.

h. Properly communicated the learner’s progress with the


parents/guardians.
i. Facilitated the application for National Assessment in
Housekeeping NC II of 15 Grade 12 TVL A students and
conducted actual review.
j. Attended In-Service Training discussing the PPST-RPMS and
Crafting of Daily Lesson Log.

k. Attended the Competency Assessment Moderation for


Competency Assessors facilitated by the Technical Education
and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Palawan.

l. Attended seminar/training on Open Educational Resources


(OER).

II. Students’ Development

a. Performed actual tasks and skills in congruence to curriculum


requirements.

b. Show application of knowledge and skills on the different learning


strategies on subjects taught based on the curriculum guide.

c. Participated on the different inter-school contests promoting cognitive,


psychosocial and psychomotor skills.

d. Show application of skills during Work Immersion upon actual


performance as evaluated by assigned Supervisor with the industry
partner.

e. Passed the TESDA National Assessment for Housekeeping NC II with a


passing percentage of 100 % upon consistent review and enhancement of
actual skills.

III. Best Practices

A. Allotted time for subject enhancement and intervention


program to provide learners the opportunity to deliver expected
results and output.

B. Institutional Assessment done after every performance task.

C. Provided learners with opportunities to perform tasks guided


by curriculum requirements in congruence with Industry
standards to help them be job-ready at instances where
pursuing college education is not an option.

D. Work Immersion activity which established actual work


training as per assigned hotel standard.

E. Applied and passed the National Assessment for TESDA


qualification in Housekeeping NC II with a 100% passing rate
of 15 TVL students on Grade 12 TVL-A.
IV. Community /Extension Services

A. Participated and took part during the Nutrition Month


Celebration of Bgy. Bahile, PPC.

B. Conducted community services including waste


segregation and bed making/make up in their homes and to
some people in the community.
