General Conditions:
• Price to Cover the listed scope of work in the technical offer
o Additional work required if not listed to be quoted separately
o No Site Visits are included , we apologize that no Visits are allowed to Sinai Region under any
circumstances

• Place of Delivery :
o Motor to be delivered and dispatched from Our Workshop in 6 of October City

• Delivery Time :
o 4 Weeks From PO and Motor Arrival
o Delivery time is calculated based on the Lead time at the time of Quotation , and is Valid for 2
Weeks From Quotation Date . Otherwise it could Change based on the Workshop Load at the time
of arrival

• Storage Fees :
o Storage Fees of (75 EGP Per Ton for Every Week ) May Apply for Frame Sizes Larger than 5 Tons
when kept without collection for a period longer than 1 Month From Readiness Notice

• Guarantee:
We shall either repair or replace at our discretion and within reasonable period of time:
o Any part (s) directly worked upon by us , spare parts delivered and fitted within these terms of the
contract that become defective or unserviceable during the period of guarantee ,if this is proved
to be :
▪ The Result of poor workmanship or faulty material supplied by us , provided that these
deficiencies are notified to us in writing within this guarantee period
o The Cost of transportation from and to the customer’s premises as well as dismantling and
refitting shall be borne by the customer
o The guarantee period will be 6 Month commencing with the delivery date
o This warranty will no cover any liability for direct , indirect consequential damages or losses
caused
o In the unlikely event of failure of overhauled stator windings that we didn’t rewind within
the warranty period, overhaul price will be deducted from the Rewind Price listed for the
unit (40,000 USD)
o

• Other Conditions :
o Due to the Current Import and foreign Currency Transfer Restrictions , Unforeseen reasons may
cause the delay of delivery . In Case of any we will keep you updated .
o Any deviation in your PO from the above conditions or delay in advance payment will give us the
right not to execute the order unless approved in written from our sales responsible
