Description of Incident:
Savita initiated a text communication with colleague Poonam Sharma regarding Diwali bonus after Piyush
had informed all staff to keep bonus information confidential. She intended to find out how much Poonam
received in bonus. After some communication exchange, Savita became upset as she thought the bonus
amount she received was unjustified.
Piyush was informed about the communication exchange and discussed with Savita.
