4.0 Calibration Report

Report on: January 2016

In section 2.0 the graph being construct is from the calibration certificate on the 20.11.2014, 22.1.2015,
12.5.2015, and 4.9.2015. All the graph shows the point is within the upper limit and lower limit of uncertainty.
The instrument is being use in the production/QC section which needed high reliability of the instrument. The
calibration certificate available has reach 3 times and the interval also within 3 month period. So, the analysis by
using these data is valid. Due to the result obtained from the graph the interval of the calibration is increase for
another 3 month. So, the total calibration interval for this instrument after last calibration is 6 month until futher
calibration data is obtained.

Suggestion:
Calibration is being extend to 6 month interval until futher data obtained.
