4.0 Calibration Report

Report on: January 2016

As shown in section 2.0 above the graphs being constructed by using the data obtained
form the calibration certificate from 3.12.2013, 22.4.2014, 24.9.2014, and 26.1.2015.
From the graph, it shows that most of the point is within the upper limit and lower limit
of the uncertainty. This indicate that the instrument is still in calibrate. Apart from that,
the instrument also use in production/QC section but from section 3.0 stated that the
instrument is unused which indicate that it not necessary to be calibrate.

Suggestion:
No calibration is necessary.
