According to the report from QC-580-02 Masterlist of IMTE (By usage Category) this
instrument is used.

4.0 Calibration Report

Report on: January 2016

Section 2.0 shows that the graph being construct is obtained from the calibration
certificate on the 22.1.2015 and 5.6.2015. The graph shows that most of the point is
outside the upper limit of the uncertainty. This instrument also use in the production/QC
section where it accuracy mus be high. This instrument need to be calibrate again for
another 3 times with consistent 3 month interval each and the 1st and 2nd calibration is
being ignore due to the interval from the last calibration until now (22.1.2016) is
exceeded 3 month.
Suggestion:
3 times calibration for 3 month interval each need to be done.
