Shanxi Tiandi Coal Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. is the largest road header R&D and manufacturing base in China. In

EBZ160 Road Header

EBZ160 road header is designed and manufactured by Shanxi

Tiandi Coal Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. It has the advantages of
high cutting hardness, low cutting pick loss, good machine

1. The use of double rack swing mechanism is an invention at home and abroad, which not
only inherits the advantages of the traditional rack and pinion swing mechanism, but also
greatly improves the reliability of the rack and pinion;
2. The centralized lubricating system can be used for centralized and automatic lubrication

geological conditions or the existence of dangerous sources (water, gas, etc.) in the mining process of coal mines. It is a kind
of all-in-one digging machine that integrates the functions of tunneling and advanced drilling construction. The drilling machine
carried by this machine can effectively complete the advanced drilling construction within a certain range of the full mechanized
mining face.

1. With the advanced drilling rig integrated into the machine body, this machine
improves the roadway adaptability of the all-in-one digging machine;

Bolter Road Header

Bolter-miner is a newly developed multifunctional road header developed by Shanxi

Tiandi Coal Mining Machinery Co., Ltd, which integrates tunneling, supporting,
anchoring and transportation. Many technologies of this machine belong to the new
leading and innovative technologies at home and abroad, which represent the
development trend of bolter-miners in China. This machine is suitable for tunneling of
various floors and coal mine roadways with a gradient ± 16°, also can be used for
railway, highway, hydraulic engineering and other tunnel construction.
Technical features
1、It can make full use of its own weight in the cutting process, with good cutting stability and strong cutting
ability;
2、The split high-efficiency transport mechanism is adopted. The wear-resisting plate is welded on the
outside of the rotary table, and the wear-resisting plate is additionally equipped for the shovel plate. The
whole process pressing chain is adopted to improve the wear resistance and reduce the material
transportation resistance.
3、The drilling rig system is integrated on both sides of the machine body, and the operation console is
placed above the machine body, which solves the shortcomings of blocking the line of sight caused by
integrating the roof bolter system on the cutting arm and poor reliability caused by cutting vibration. The
drilling rig system and the road header system are electrically and hydraulically interlocked.
4、The left and right drilling rigs are controlled by remote control and manual control, which can realize the
full-section rock bolt and anchor cable support of rectangular, arched and trapezoidal tunnels.
5、The drill box adopts a high-speed and high-torque hydraulic motor, and the revolving speed and feed
speed of the drill box adopt the stepless speed regulation technology, so as to improve the efficiency of
rock bolt and anchor cable support and the adaptability of the drilling rig.

Designation and Overview
The continuous miner is mainly used for mechanized short-wall mining in

underground mines and rapid roadway tunneling. EML series continuous miner
is independently and innovatively developed by Tai Yuan Institute of China Coal
Technology & Engineering Group (Shanxi Tiandi Coal Mining Machinery Co.,
Ltd.), in which EML340 is the first continuous miner in China. At present, the
Company has presented products with various mining heights ranging from
1.3~2.5 m, 1.8~3.5 m, 2.6~4.6 m to 3.3~5.5 m, so that the models may serve as
complements for each other in terms of cutting height, thus almost covering
all coal occurrence conditions in thin, medium, and thick coal seams, and
meeting the production needs of major coal enterprises.
Technical features

Longwall Gateway
For the geological conditions of the roadway in the coal comprehensive mining
working face in China, the first set of Non-repeated support system for
longwall gateway was developed based on the research of the roadway support
and withdrawal technology, the frame structure of the support devices, and the
transportation vehicles and quick-insertion systems. This set of equipment
replaces the traditional single support, wood stacking and other working
methods, reduces personnel, reduces labor intensity of workers, reduces and
improves work efficiency, and can realize the advanced long distance support
without repeated support to the roof of the stage roadway, which has advanced
technology, high degree of mechanization, and strong adaptability.
The non-repeated support system for longwall gateway is mainly composed of

multiple single-span portal supports and transporters. Adjacent support
devices are linked with each other by chains, so that the stage roadway
