After Activity Report

On December 18, 2020, at about 9:00 AM, PLT LEONARDO A. BUYA, DCOP, had a
small group lecture to the parents at Poblacion, Kibungan, Benguet, and encourage
them to discourage their children from participating on unverified
groups who claim to be humanitarian or civic in nature because they may be in the
guise to recruit them into joining the NPA rebels as it was a long strategy of the CPP-
NPA-NDF who were able to deceive countless victims and trap them into joining a loss
and destructive cause, ultimately destroying their careers and future in the process.
