5. The student develops Art skills when making drawings and coloring them.
C. Evaluation Criterion:
C1: Shows their abilities when drawing simple fruits.
C2: Drawing what they must like in their English notebooks.
C3: Protect tourist attractions in her/his community.
D. Opening Activities:
Warm-up: The teacher encourages to the students with the music “Good morning!” and the student makes
the movement and sing the song with the teacher. (5min)
Review – Take some time to remind them some commands saw in last classes, sit down, stand up and so on
with others. (5min)
E. Middle Activities:
To start the class fist, draw a simple apple on the board and ask them, (What is it?) they have to recognize
and help them to say the correct name, continue drawing some different simple fruits (banana, orange…) to
they know they will do the same after (5min)
V. Ask them to get their pencil by showing what a pencil is, they have to take it and raise them when you do it
and say it, then make some mimics while saying (Draw) to they know that means drawing, continue doing the
same with (Color, circle) (5min)
S. After, give them all a little piece of paper or in their own English notebooks, then ask them to pay attention
to you, step by step draw an apple on the board, then ask them all to follow you to they continue doing with
you. This activity will take much time because some of them cannot take very well a pencil, so take time for
this activity to help them when it is necessary. (10min)
W: Continue doing the same, drawing carefully some other fruits and color them out. (10min)
F. Closing Activities:
When all students have finished their work in their English notebooks, lets ask some of them to come infront
of the classroom. Present their work and say the name of the fruit they did (5min)
