Job Vacancy: Calibration Engineer (3 Vacancy)

BHAVID Technology is seeking an engineer to join its Sales Team in Rajkot, Gujarat, India. As part of our
team, you will use both your technical and interpersonal skills to help our customers understand how
our services address their needs.
This position calls for a unique combination of engineering, business, sales and communication skills.

We are emerging with best calibration setup in Saurashtra region and having potential be in top 5
calibration lab of Gujarat. Our business ambitions are also working in direction to jump into Trading and
project engineering in near future
This is a small-office environment in a rapidly growing, diverse company. As such, you will be entrusted
with a broad range of responsibilities, allowing for personal and professional growth.

Qualification Requirement:

Diploma, B.E., Instrumentation & Control, Electrical, Electronics & Communication 2024 Batch

Primary Responsibilities

Perform calibration for process instrument of process like Electro technical, Thermal and Pressure in
Calibration lab and Also at customer site.

Support expansion of sales & Customer base of company service in Saurashtra and other part of Gujarat

Develop new and existing leads through phone calls and presentations, personal visit and build
customer relation

Identify, nurture and develop potential sales accounts with the help of our calibration Engineers, provide
clear, simple pre-sales simulation examples to excite prospects and demonstrate our service
Occasionally provide some pre- and post-sales technical support

Salary & Stipend:

Training Period: Jan 2024 to Jun 2024

Training is INR 5000 + 2000 Bonus

After Training: CTC 2,30,000 LPA + Incentive

Salary increment will be yearly based on performance.
