If the door width is different or the belt paper is large, the production using the opposite side mode will be unstable, especially when changing the paper / door width, the overpass tile paper will swing back and forth, resulting in more waste of paperboard 1.3 B. Centering mode - phase - the centering mode can be used under the same door width or different door widths. The advantage is that the tile paper always swings back and forth in the center of the overpass by the deviation correction guide wheel (remember that the face paper must be placed in the center of the paper rack) is relatively stable, and there will not be too much waste when changing paper or different door widths 1.4 1.1.2 mode switching 1.5 A、 Center to edge switching 1.6 The centering and edge alignment modes can be switched freely. The overpass tile paper is guided according to the face paper as a reference. Each layer can be switched to edge alignment or centering production freely 1.7 B、 With face paper -- no -- face paper switching 1.8 If it is necessary to switch to the second / fourth / sixth layer of paperless production during the third / fifth / seventh layer of production, first turn on the "paperless switch" and then cut off the paper. Remember not to cut off the paper first and then turn on the "paperless switch". The switching mode with or without paper can only be used in the centering state, but not in the opposite side state. The switching with / without paper will not be affected when changing the large and small door frames 1.9 C、 No face paper --- yes face paper switching 1.10 During the production of two / four / six layers, if it is necessary to switch to the production of three / five / seven layers with face paper, first put the face paper into the pressing plate, and turn off the "no face paper switch" after the face paper is tensioned. Remember not to turn off the "no face paper switch" first, and then put the face paper into the pressing plate, and switch between no face paper and face paper 1.11 It will not be affected when changing large and small door frames 1.12 1.1.3 alignment adjustment 1.13 A. The electric eye scans the width and position of the door width of the paper through the sensor, and the system calculates and forwards the signal to the motor. The motor drives the sun wheel bogie to synchronize the tile paper with the face paper sensor to realize the guiding alignment. In this guiding process, the accurate alignment will be affected by mechanical deviation through the hot cylinder, wrap angle wheel and pasting wheel. It needs to be slightly adjusted through the deviation correction "fine adjustment button" 1.14 B、 In the production process, there are great differences due to different paper sizes and moisture. If there is no 24V output, please check whether the fuse is burnt out 1.23 1.2.8 fault inspection 2: in case of fault deviation during production, please check the lower, middle and upper layers of the control motherboard (from left to right) 1.24 Which of the following states is the error code displayed on the LED display: 1 = supply voltage < 20Vdc, 2 = supply voltage > 30VDC, 3 = over cut-off, 4 = heat sink temperature > 70 ℃, 5 = encoder error, 6 = encoder signal reversed phase, 7 = no right eye signal, 8 = no left eye signal, 10 = motor line interruption, 11 = incomplete motor output stroke, 12 = motor output bit order error, 13 = the motor is blocked, 14 = the proximity switch has several switching points, 15 = the incoming switch at the end of the motor stroke is missed, and 16 = the external voltage output is overloaded; If there is a fault code, please power off and restart, and the system will recover automatically (if it cannot be solved, please contact the customer service). Do not plug and unplug the circuit board connector with power. 1.25 1.2.9 fault inspection 3: check whether the total air pressure is stable; Check whether the air pressure of the sun wheel is too low; Check whether the electric eye sensor is dusty; Check whether the paper threading is correct; Check whether the bottom plate is seriously worn; Check whether the sun gear is seriously worn; Check whether the temperature of the deviation correction electric cabinet is too hot (e.g. the direct sunlight temperature is high)
