    OPEN AIR THEATER (OAT)


    OAT was constructed at MRSPTU Bathinda its average dimensions are 32x25m. Its total area
    is around 600m2. It has seating capacity of around 300 persons. The stage dimensions are 5x10
    m. It is adjoined with student centre which facilities rooms for official student needs, canteen
    and cafeteria. It is approachable booth from student centre podium and the terrace adjoining to
    cafeteria. No of activities are being performed which includes fresher party, cultural events,
    drama club and theatre etc. Some of the gathering related to placement, Nukkad Natak along
    with the events having strength up to 300. It is constructed by considering the principles of
    universal design and well example to physically challenged persons. It is having back stage
    facility which supports the students for changing and getting ready for the events.
