Synopsis: -
The FCL project is a strategic initiative by Deutsche Bank to consolidate the data, which is spread over 3000 data
sources. Many of these data interfaces (feeds) are overlapping in terms of data, source and target systems. Working
for maintenance project called FCL support for the client Deutsche bank which uses the Informatica tool with Unix and
oracle in which we process the business data according to their requirement and send it to business for the
reconciliation. Feed consolidated layer--Supports the daily consolidation of trade details and trade valuations into
single consistent. The vision is that the FCL will provide a mechanism for passing trade economics and valuation data
to the Risk Controlling systems. The information is received trades, a set of trades form chunks and the set of chunks
form slices.
The slice groups the data into standard structures accessible to the downstream in final tables and views.

Roles and Responsibilities: -

Responsible for providing support L1 & L2 level depending on the priority of the issues to meet client’s SLA.
Responsible for execution of schedule jobs and routine jobs. Monitor & resolve all the tickets.
Responsible for monitoring all the feed load status and if, any delays need to inform feed owner and as well as
business user.
Handling UNIX server maintenance co-ordination & Application Health Check.
 Every week updating the status for open and closed issues (For any clarification). Proactively monitor & resolve all
the tickets in our queue.
 Managing Log files and log information. Have Written SQL queries as per requirement.
 Involving in resolving critical issues as well as providing responses and ETA to the end users and IT team duringany
outages or critical issues.
 Providing support to client on 24*7 basses.
 Involved in debugging the critical error related issue send by support team.
