Openreach Siebel is a CRM interface application to Openreach organization for


Broadband telecom products using Siebel as CRM tool and Oracle as database. Siebel
allows enhanced functionality for users, tailored to the specific business requirements on
the OR Stack the Onsite - offshore model, effectively implemented by Tech M gives the
client wider time window for the support.Performed Migration and Transition activities in
Siebel which includes, Monitoring, trouble-shooting, and bouncing the servers etc. to
quickly resolve migration problemsParticipated in various Deployments & worked as
Deployment Co-coordinator in major & minor releases. Siebel respectively which in turn
are required to complete the entire Service Fulfilment and Service Assurance journeys of
the thousands of user base of these Siebel Systems comprising Communication Providers
as well as End Users.

CMF APPS consists of total six different applications under Customer Master Files. I have
been working inOpenreach NAD,Migrationout of the six applications. It is a project where
we are providing 24*7 Gold Support and maintenance for these applications. All these
applications are business critical applications. We ensure that the applications are up and
running in steady state 24*7, proactively handle the live issues, the incidents are getting
closed as per SLA and the other BAU and adhoc work is done within the given time for all
the clients of BT. In this project I have been involved in the day to day application
support and also providing permanent and tactical fixes to live issues.

In applications of NAD, we maintain the Name and Address databases for Openreach UK
address and also provide end to end support. Mainly worked for Migration from Abinitio
to Hadoop project

In Migration Application – We migrate the data from one CP to Another CP using control
And Unix scripts.

CMV Support (CMDW,DBMARGIN,DBVALS,DBREX and ELT)

CMV APPS consists of total five different applications under Customer Master Files. I
have been working in5 Applications. It is a project where we are providing 24*5 Support
and maintenance for these applications. All these applications are business critical
applications. We ensure that the applications are up and running in steady state 24*7,
proactively handle the live issues, the incidents are getting closed as per SLA and the
other BAU and adhoc work is done within the given time for all the clients. In this project
I have been involved in the day to day application support and also providing permanent
and tactical fixes to live issues.

Roles and responsibilities:-

 End to end knowledge of the process flow and a detailed knowledge of the
systems involved.
 Automating the workarounds of different types of application issues involving SQL
and UNIX shell script.
 Investigating the online issues and solve those within a very short time as the
online issues are business impacting.
 Investigating various data related issues and resolve the issues in minimum time
and with effectiveness as per BT SLA.
 Automating the housekeeping procedures which always makes the disk space
available.
 Maintaining data sanity and synchronization across various systems.
 This role demands frequent interactions with BT Clients and with different teams
as well.
 Preparing various performance management reports(daily/weekly).
 Involved in BLIPS, WAS reporting for all CMF applications and worked to improve
and achieve 100% SLA compliance.
 Involved in incident management, change management and problem
management.
 Investigating the online issues and solve those within a very short time as the
online issues are business impacting.
 Detailed knowledge of the flow of orders in various upstream and downstream

ICG APPS consists of total five different applications under Customer Master Files. I have
been working in 5 Applications. It is a project where we are providing 24*5 Support and
maintenance for these applications. All these applications are business critical
applications. We ensure that the applications are up and running in steady state 24*7,
proactively handle the live issues, the incidents are getting closed as per SLA and the
other BAU and adhoc work is done within the given time for all the clients. In this project
I have been involved in the day to day application support and also providing permanent
and tactical fixes to live issues. Monitoring daily job load using Autosys.

Roles and responsibilities:-

 End to end knowledge of the process flow and a detailed knowledge of the
systems involved.
 Have assisted Development team in identifying areas of improvement in the
existing code for better performance from existing infra to Hadoop environment
 Have highlighted defects in the existing scripts to Development team for fixing

Weblogics

 In NAD, MPC(Manage Place Capability) transactions are managed through weblogics.
 Have good knowledge on console, monitoring, troubleshoot and suspend or restart
the servers.

Ab initio Proficiency
Ab initio is a powerful graphical user interface-based parallel processing tool for ETL data
management and analysis. All the scripts and business related logics in CMF are maintained
in this tool to process data.

graphs of Ab ignition for better performance.

same.

Incident Management
 Have worked in Incident management for 9 years. AMDOCs Clarify Tool used to
handle Incidents, Service Request and Problem Records.
 Have good knowledge of handling Incidents within SLA and RFT. Major target is to
resolving issues faced by the user while accessing the application Event manager
with the measures - Right First Time (RFT) and Cycle Time (CT).
 Have worked in many escalated issues which were outstanding and were dealt with
