JOINT SITE VISIT / MEETING OF JUNE 11, 2021

INSPECTION REPORT

The works done by M/s Iceberg Industries and their Associates M/s Rakson
was jointly inspected on June 11, 2021. It was followed by the Project review meeting which
was attended by the following:

3. Mr. Usama Khalid M/s Pakistan Tobacco Company
4. Mr. Malik Amin M/s Pakistan Tobacco Company
5. Mr. Hanzla M/s Rakson
3. Mr. Yasin Hashim M/s Iceberg Industries
4. Mr. Yousuf Hasan M/s Y. H. Associates

The Following points were discussed:

1. During the Site Visit, the following deficiencies were pointed to Mr. Yasin. He was
advised to get it rectified at the earliest.

1.1 Some of the welding joints were of poor quality. Proper “V” was not made
in the pipe. Such joints to be redone.

1.2 PIPE INSULATION:

(a) It is poorly fixed on the chilled water pipes without glue.

(b) There were gaps between the insulation joints, condensation was
visible on the pipes.
 (c) On some pipes G.I. sheet jacketing has also been done.

(d) The pipe insulation to be removed and be redone properly.

2. Duct and pipe hangers should be painted with hamer grey paint. Only red oxide
has been done.

3. Cooling tower Basin has been placed on foundation pads. Leak testing to be
done by filling the water.

4. Chilled water piping which has been installed to be tested in segments.

5. Ducts access doors to be made easily removable.

6. Main Pipe supports should have the saddles.

7. Mr. Yasin confirmed the following completion dates:

7.1 Completion of chilled water piping - June 20, 2021.

7.2 Chilled Water Pipes flushing - June 22, 2021.

7.3 Chilled Water Pipe insulation - June 28, 2021.

7.4 Wiring and earthing - June 21, 2021.

7.5 Delivery of air devices to be expedited. It should be delivered at site by

June 24, 2021.

7.6 Installation of balance two Airhandling Units shall be coordinated at site.

7.7 Area shut down shall be given to Contractor from June 21, 2021. They
must commence the internal works with full force.

8. The following points were also agreed:

8.1 Mr. Yasin’s Engineer will visit the site daily. Mr. Yasin has deputed their
Engineer Mr. Mashaf.

8.2 Progress review meeting shall be held at site daily at 2:00 PM.

8.3 Progress reports shall be shared on daily basis.

8.4 Test Reports shall be compiled and will be forwarded to all.

8.5 Piping and ducting etc. installed at site to be marked in color for ready
reference.

8.6 Air balancing of Airhandling Units to be done at the earliest. Following

details to be confirmed:

(a) Supply air cfm

(b) Return air cfm
(c) Static Pressure
(d) Running Amperes
(e) Chilled Water GPM
(f) Fresh air cfm
