ANALYSE THE BRAND OF YOUR CHOSEN MUSIC ARTIST

Themes from Seinabo Sey's songs and her own sense of
style are reflected in her music videos. Her videos' visual
components, color schemes, settings, and storyline all
help to define her brand identity. If you look at her music
videos, you'll see that they are all extremely diverse;
some are more straightforward, while others are more
complex, as a result of the many storylines and emotive
depths that her songs portray.

Since she has a wide range of different sorts of

music videos, I feel like it provides me a large
possibility to produce my own version of
perhaps a combination of a few of her films. I
will retain the calm, the more simple,
beautiful, and a little sorrowful atmosphere.
However, I will change the dark, black and
white scenes to brighter and more colourful.
DIGIPAK
The digipak cover appears to convey a sense of depth and seriousness. The
combination of the artist's expression, black and white filter, and the red
background suggests a complex and emotionally charged narrative. The color
palette, including the use of reds, whites, and greys, creates a visual contrast that
can intrigue viewers and listeners.

expresses them via reflective and passionate music from a branding perspective.
The color scheme and the artist's expression could suggest the artist is mature
and sophisticated, which might draw in listeners who appreciate musical depth
and emotional resonance.

COLOUR PALETTE
Darker Red: A darker red could introduce a sense of drama White: White often signifies purity, simplicity, or a blank canvas. It

feelings or determination. mature aesthetic.
 The arrangement of my digipack will be
similar to hers, with the addition of her red,
black, and white colours. However, I'll
replace the red background with a softer
colour, like blue. However, the song's name
will appear in red, while the artist's name will
appear in white.
SOCIAL MEDIA
Seinabo Sey's Instagram profile conveys a strong
brand identity that revolves around her music and
joyful personality. The consistent focus on music-
related content aligns with her role as a musician and
likely resonates with her fans who appreciate her
music.

The use of vibrant colors, especially blue, adds to the

aesthetic appeal and emotional impact of her profile.
The joyful expressions and smiling photos suggest an
artist who is passionate about her craft and wants to
share her music in a positive way.

I will follow the same design, combining cheerful, vibrant images with darker neon colours. Unfortunately, I
don't have a stage, so I'll be taking other pictures with comparable lightning.
