Please be informed that we have been appointed as surveyors on the above-named vessel, kindly note
that under adverse weather condition "RAIN/DRIZZLE", in order to minimize the risk of cargo damage by
rain water, we request that the following procedures are adopted:

- Keep only the holds that are on operation opened.

- Keep the crewmembers always attentive and ready to close the holds immediately, before the
beginning of rain/drizzle.

We hereby reserve the right of your principals to refer to this matter at a later date and to take such
action as may be deemed necessary
