DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF DONATION is executed by:

Faye Jennifer Perez, of legal age, single, Filipino, and residing at 1

New Lucban, Baguio City, as the DONOR,

- in favor of -

Angelica Raras, of legal age, single, Filipino, and residing at Lower

Green Valley, Tuba, Benguet, as the DONEE.

WITNESSETH:

The DONOR is the registered owner of a parcel of land located at #29

Cabinet Hill, Baguio City and covered by Transfer Certificate Title No. T-
345-6789-0, copy of which is attached to this instrument as Annex 1.

The DONEE is the niece of the DONOR.

In consideration of the love and affection the DONOR has for the
DONEE, the DONOR CONVEYS by way of DONATION to the DONEE,
her heirs, successors, and assigns all rights, title, and interest over the
mentioned property, free from all liens and encumbrances whatsoever.

For the purpose of giving full effect to this donation, the DONOR
states that she has reserved sufficient property to support herself in a manner
appropriate to her needs.

The DONEE ACCEPTS the donation and expresses her gratitude

over the DONOR’s liberality.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have set their hands this 29 th

day of March 2019 at Baguio City, Philippines.
